Does someone need to be present for the cleaning job?Whether or not you're at the space during your cleaning appointment is up to you! When you make a booking, you'll be prompted to give us entry instructions. If you have a doorman or can hide a key somewhere, there's no need for you to be home. Or, feel free to stick around during the clean (but please follow social distancing guidelines). Whatever you're most comfortable with is fine. In any case, please don't forget about your appointments. We'll remind you with an email or text message, but if the cleaner can't get in the door by following your entry instructions, or if you aren't home when you said you would be, you'll be charged a lock-out fee of $50, that compensates our cleaners travel and unworked hours.

How can I book a clean or recurring cleaning?Request an online quote (Fastest) or give us a call. Review and accept your quoted estimate via text message or email. Book directly from the quoted estimate with time your available. Put a card on file that will be charged after your clean is complete.

Why do I have to add a card on file to book?We kindly ask for a card on file for a seamless transaction. We charge the card you add on file after your cleaning job is complete. You can tip your cleaner while booking your service after accepting the instant quote estimate, with an additional opportunity after the cleaning is complete; 100% of your tip goes to the cleaner. For the safety of our traveling cleaners and our solicitation policies, we do not accept quick pay methods, cash, checks, nor money orders.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?We bring our own supplies and most of the equipment needed to clean your apartment. That said, there are a few items we don't carry: We do not provide: Standard Size Vacuum (Travel Vacuum Provided) Conventional mop and bucket; Step stool; Toilet brush; Specialty products, including (but not limited to): Heavy-duty bathroom cleaners; Wood cleaners; Bleach; Stainless steel cleaners. If you'd like us to use any of these, just leave them out in plain view with instructions. We're happy to use your preferred products when available.

Can I provide special instructions or make specific requests for my cleaning?Absolutely! When submitting an online quote, you'll have the opportunity to leave any notes or special instructions for our team. We do our best to accommodate all requests—if anything needs clarification or falls outside our scope, we'll be in touch to discuss next steps.

How many recleans can I request under the Spotless Fresh Clean Guarantee?There’s no set limit. We're committed to delivering a great clean every time, and we'll return to make things right when needed. That said, the Great Clean Guarantee is designed for fair use. To ensure the best experience for all customers, we reserve the right to review repeated requests and determine eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

Is Spotless Fresh Pet safe?We love that you have pets, but they don't always love new people in your home. If you believe your pet may have anxiety while we are cleaning, please ensure there is temporary arrangements while we are in your home. We will ask about your pets during our online quote process.

What if I just had renovation work done?We are currently not accepting any post-construction/renovation requests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we do provide Move-in/out cleaning service.
